Every SHAYN jewellery piece is crafted with premium materials and is backed by our 1-Year Tarnish Warranty. If your jewellery fades or loses its finish within one year from the invoice date, we'll provide one complimentary re-plating service.

Warranty Coverage

1-Year Tarnish Warranty

Every eligible SHAYN jewellery piece is covered against tarnishing for 1 year from the invoice date.

If the plating fades during the warranty period, we'll provide one complimentary re-plating service.

What's Not Covered

Accidental Damage

Damage caused due to accidents, misuse, mishandling or improper storage.

Normal Wear

Surface scratches, fading, tarnishing or plating loss caused through regular everyday use.

Chemical Exposure

Damage caused by water, perfumes, cosmetics, harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces.

Stone Damage

Missing stones or damaged components resulting from accidental impact or improper care.

Third-Party Repairs

Repairs, alterations or modifications performed by anyone other than SHAYN.

Keep Your Invoice

Keep your original invoice together with your authenticity certificate ready.

Share Photos

Send us clear photos or videos showing the issue with your jewellery.

Send Your Product

Ship the jewellery securely to SHAYN. Return shipping may be customer-paid, while repaired jewellery will be shipped back by SHAYN.

Please Read Carefully

Every warranty request is reviewed individually. SHAYN reserves the right to decline warranty claims where fading is minimal or damage has occurred due to misuse, accidental force or improper handling.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to jewellery purchased directly from SHAYN or our authorised sales channels.
