SHAYN 1-Year Warranty Policy
Yes, we absolutely do! At SHAYN, we proudly offer a 1-year warranty against tarnishing for all eligible jewellery pieces from the date of invoicing. If your piece fades or discolours within this period, we’ll re plate it once at no cost.
What's Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to accidents, misuse, or mishandling.
- Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, tarnishing, fading, or plating loss over time
- Exposure to water, perfumes, harsh chemicals, or abrasive surfaces
- Loss of stones or components caused by improper care or external impact.
- Any repairs or alterations made by third parties
How to Claim:
To initiate a repair or replacement under warranty:
- Provide the original invoice and authenticity certificate
- Share clear photos/videos showing the issue
- Send the product securely to SHAYN (return shipping to us may be borne by the customer; we will cover shipping back to you after the repair)
Please note that SHAYN reserves the right to deny exchanges or repairs if fading is minimal or breakage is clearly due to external force or improper use. All claims will be reviewed case-by-case.
This warranty is non-transferable
and applies only to purchases made directly through SHAYN or its authorized platforms.
