Return & Exchange Policy
Love your SHAYN piece — and if not, we’ll help you with a smooth return.
1. Return Windows
- Returns: within 7 business working days of delivery
- Exchanges: within 7 business working days of delivery. (Reverse pickup from the original delivery address only)
2. Eligibility
- The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.Return request must be raised from the original delivery address.
- Sale Event/Exhibition items - No return and Exchange available.
- Customized / Personalized / Engraved pieces non-returnable for customization reasons (unless damaged/incorrect on arrival).
- If the customer orders the wrong ring size/metal, the item is non-returnable & non-exchangeable, but we will resize or replace it with a charge.
3. How to initiate
- Submit a request via Returns Portal or Contact: 📧 support@shayn.in / +91 8154801062 with Order ID + reason
- Upload 2–3 photos (and unboxing video if damaged/missing)
- Choose Refund / Exchange & confirm pickup details
4. Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship
- We arrange reverse pickup for most serviceable pin codes
- If your pin code is not serviceable, please self-ship using any trackable courier - Reimbursement up to ₹100 with valid courier receipt

6. Fees & refunds
- Refunds for Prepaid orders - to original payment method
- Refunds for COD orders – to UPI/Bank
- Return Handling fee - ₹99 deducted from refund to cover reverse logistics & processing.
- Refunds will be initiated after 3–5 business working days after QC approval (Banks may take extra time to reflect the refund.)
7. Exchange Policy
- For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement product once we have received your return and completed QC on the returned item.
- You will be notified via email/SMS once your exchange has been processed and the new product has been shipped.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Report within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, plus photos of the item & outer shipping label.
- If verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement / repair / refund.
- Claims may be rejected if evidence is missing or product shows tampering.
The final decision rests with SHAYN.
