Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every SHAYN jewellery piece. If you're not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return and exchange process is here to help. Please review the policy below before submitting your request.
Return Window
Returns
Return your order within 7 business working days from the date of delivery.
Exchange
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 business working days. Reverse pickup is available only from the original delivery address.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused and undamaged.
- Original tags and packaging should remain intact.
- Return request must be raised from the original delivery address.
- Sale Event / Exhibition purchases.
- Customized, personalised or engraved jewellery.
- Wrong ring size or wrong metal selected by the customer (resize/replacement available with applicable charges).
- Sale, clearance or final-price products are eligible only for exchange or store credit.
How To Initiate A Return
Submit Request
Raise your return request through the Returns Portal or contact our support team with your Order ID and reason.
Upload Photos
Upload 2–3 product photos and an unboxing video if the product is damaged or incomplete.
Confirm Pickup
Select Refund or Exchange and confirm your pickup address.
Reverse Pickup & Self Shipping
Reverse Pickup Available
We arrange reverse pickup for most serviceable pin codes.
If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, kindly self-ship the parcel using any trackable courier. Courier charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt.

Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
COD Orders
Refunds are processed through UPI or Bank Transfer.
Processing Time
Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business working days after successful quality inspection.
A handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund towards reverse logistics and processing charges.
Exchange Policy
Replacement Process
Once your returned jewellery has successfully passed our Quality Check (QC), we'll dispatch your replacement product.
You'll receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details via Email, WhatsApp and SMS.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please report the issue as soon as possible.
Report Within 48 Hours
Notify us within 24–48 hours after delivery.
Share Proof
Provide an unboxing video, product photos and the outer shipping label for verification.
Verification
Once verified, SHAYN will arrange a replacement, repair or refund wherever applicable.
Claims may be rejected if sufficient evidence is not provided, the product has been tampered with, or the claim falls outside our policy guidelines. The final decision rests with SHAYN.
