At SHAYN, We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy for all unused and unworn items

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exvhanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery (e.g., engraved pieces) is non-returnable.
  • If we deliver the wrong item (e.g., incorrect ring size or metal), we will accept the return or exchange and cover the return shipping.
  • However, If the customer orders the wrong ring size or metal, the item must be replaced within 15 days of delivery.
  • If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won't be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Items purchased during sales events are eligible for exchange only.

2. Steps to follow to exchange / refund the product

To initiate a return, please ensure the item is securely packed and includes the original invoice. Contact our customer care team to request a return pickup.

  • Return pickups will be arranged only from the original delivery address.
  • If your area is not serviceable by our logistics partner for reverse pickup, you may use a reliable courier service of your choice to return the product to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, eligible return shipping charges (up to ₹100) will be reimbursed as per our return shipping policy.

3. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

  • Please note that while most pin codes are both forward and reverse serviceable, there may be rare instances where certain pin codes are only forward serviceable (i.e., delivery is possible, but pickup is not).
  • In such cases, we may request you to return the product using an alternate courier service, such as India Post, and we will reimburse up to ₹100 of the return shipping cost.
  • If the return shipping cost exceeds ₹100, the excess amount (including any additional duties, taxes, or handling fees) will be deducted from your refund.
  • For pin codes that are completely non-serviceable, the customer is responsible for arranging the return to our warehouse. A flat ₹100 will be reimbursed along with the refund to cover basic shipping expenses.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us process returns smoothly under such logistical constraints.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund within 3 to 4 business working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation of orders, kindly refer cancellation policy for refunds.

5. Damaged,Defective, or Missing Items

At SHAYN, we take utmost care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has missing components, please follow the steps below:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order at support@shayn.in or call +91 8154801088.
  • Provide your order number and a clear unboxing video of the package and items.
  • We will review the claim and offer an appropriate resolution — refund, repair, replacement, or store credit.
